Don’t fear the future:
Anticipate it;
Don’t try to guess it;
Look forward to it.
See the best in everything in your future. Don’t look at the down sides of things yet to come- be aware of them yes, just don’t emote with them. Fearing the future encourages procrastination and choosing activities with less potential reward and more potential security (e.g. chilling in bed instead of whacking on some tunes, showering and tidying your place). Who cares if normally tidying is a chore, make it fun (with the CHOONS) and a sense of come-what-may-I’m-having-it!
Anticipating, in the sense of looking forward with positivity on your future activities encourages engagement on your behalf. By looking forward to it, when it comes you are ready in your mind to go for it, and we already know that by going for it with something you get more out of it, because you’re not looking for opportunities and then actionning them, you’re in the actionning state of mind and opportunities will be acted on before you have to tell yourself to jump at a chance- you’re already jumping, just pick a landing site
